Boiler Services

Service level 1 (£70) – Standard boiler service as per manufacturers instructions and gas safe regulations. Meter and pipework visuals, combustion and safety checks. Check and bleed radiators. Central heating filter clean. Further advice if required.

Service level 2 (£110) – Radiators cold at the bottom and warm at the top? This could be a sign of sludge build up within your central heating system. This service will include all of a level 1 service, but we will run cleaner around your system and let the chemicals go to work, this will all be drained out, then filled back up with fresh water and corrosion inhibitor added.

Boiler on the brink? Had enough of the hot water cutting out when showering? Depending on the age of your boiler, it may have had its day. Heating System Clean: MagnaCleanse

Are your radiators warm at the top but cold at the bottom? It might be time to clear that sludge from your system. We offer a MagnaCleanse service using two very powerful magnets attached to your heating system to circulate chemicals made to breakdown this sludge which is trapped by these magnets. These are then cleared and we add a filter to your central heating system to protect your boiler for the future. This will make your whole system work far more efficiently! Plumbing

We cover all aspects of domestic plumbing including 1st/2nd fixes, working on mains hot and cold, waste, minor leaks to full house replumbs. For us, there isn’t a job not worth turning up to, no matter how small it might be considered. We consider them the same priority as the bigger jobs. Our aim is to get, keep and continue to serve our local area and be a phone call away in any capacity.

24/7 Emergency Response

What we fear the most, burst pipes and a flooded house. The smell of gas. We experience it all too often, sadly. Know where your gas isolation valve is (usually located near your meter) and if you smell gas: immediately turn it off, open the windows, vent the house and leave to somewhere safe and warm and call us. Know where your stop tap(cock) is. This will be crucial if you ever get a burst pipe. Then call us and we’ll be there for you.

G3 Unvented Cylinder Work

Unvented cylinders, if not correctly installed and maintained, can be extremely dangerous. Time after time we see these poorly installed which is worrying. Unvented cylinders require a separate qualification to be competent to install and work on them, why not have us check yours and make sure everything is working as it should?
